beginning, by providing you with the most appropriate comparable
properties, and advising you of the current market trends.
Signage
A sign will be placed on your property if allowed. Some condominiums do
not allow real estate signs.
Staging your property
We will advise you about preparing and staging your home to enhance its
appeal. We also make every effort to "stage" your property during
real estate showings. We open the blinds, turn on the lights and "show
off" your property to prospective buyers.
Your home or condo will have pictures that are placed on our websites
and MLS program.

sites in house to continue the high rankings. A large percentage of our
leads are generated from Search Engines.
Office Location
Our office is located in a condominium building (short term rentals) with
over 100 units. We advertise in the lobby and have a huge window display
for walk-in buyers. Our company is also a short term property
management company - we advertise to all our vacationers.
