
River Run - River Run is
Keystone's newest village located at the lifts. River Run Village is a
pedestrian village with over 1,500 condominiums, shops and restaurants.
Each building in River Run is situated around a "center". Buildings in
River Run include the Buffalo and Dakota Lodge, Expedition Station, Blackbear and Jackpine, Arapahoe Lodge and Red Hawk. The kid-friendly
Springs Building is one of the newer lodges in River Run and features a
waterslide in the pool and water feature in the lobby. All the
buildings in River Run have access to outdoor heated pools, hot tubs,
underground parking.
Forest Neighborhood - The Forest
Neighborhood in Keystone is one the original areas situated along the Snake
River. In the heart of Keystone Resort, Flying Dutchman, Wild Irishman, Soda
Springs, Northstar and Starfire all enjoy the mature lodgepole pines and
aspen groves and have easy access to the National Forests.

Keystone Lake Village - The Keystone Ice
Rink is the highlight of this community during the winter months.
Guests and owners alike enjoy the festivities of the holidays. During summer
months, ducks and geese make Keystone Lake their home. Condominiums in
the Keystone Village area include Argentine, Plaza, Edgewater, Lakeshore and

Ski Tip - Ski Tip is the historic area
of Keystone Resort. Ski Tip Lodge was an old stagecoach stop that ran
between Denver and Grand Junction. Today, there are townhomes in Ski Tip
Ranch, Trappers Crossing and Settlers Creek.
